New Zealand orders

We hope you absolutely love your Littlelogue pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.
Because Littlelogue products are designed as keepsake and paper goods, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a remedy if your item is:

If this happens, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery issues sit with the courier, but we’re always happy to help you lodge an enquiry or follow things up where we can.
