Littlelogue is proudly based in New Zealand, and all orders are packed with care and dispatched from Tauranga, New Zealand.

New Zealand orders

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

International orders

  • International shipping times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

  • Please note that customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or postal services beyond our control.

Local Pickup (Tauranga)

Local pickup is available for customers based in Tauranga.

  • Select Local Pickup at checkout.

  • Orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email once your order is ready, with pickup details and collection instructions.

Returns

We hope you absolutely love your Littlelogue pieces. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work.

Because Littlelogue products are designed as keepsake and paper goods, we do not offer returns for change of mind. However, under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a remedy if your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged on arrival

  • Not as described

If this happens, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery issues sit with the courier, but we’re always happy to help you lodge an enquiry or follow things up where we can.
